,Focusing Lens Installation
1. Rotate the focus scale to the far left,-10 position
2. Draw out the Focusing lens holder
ATTENTION:The white pan piston upwards when installation

1)The focusing lens is a superposition of two lenses, one is a meniscus lens, and the other is a biconvex lens
The concave surface of the meniscus lens faces the tip of the fiber, with the convex surface facing downwards
2)Lenticular lens,The concave surface of the small convex surface and the meniscus lens are opposite,large convexity toward fiber
4. Focus lens overlay method
5. When installing the focus lens,firstly put the Meniscus Lens,keep Concave face up,then put the Lenticular len up.This smaller convex surface is opposite to the meniscus lens concave surface.
6. After put the lens,fixed by the thread ring
7. When you have fixed the thread ring already,then put
the washer
8. After put the washer,please pressed by the pan piston
9. Focus lens installation direction paper
10. Then, Plug the focus lens in cavity, side with pan piston faces up
11. Insert the focusing lens into the bottom, cover dust board, fix it by screw .
,the collimator lens installation
When install lens ,The striped side of tube base faces down.
2. Installation position of collimator lens
The collimator lenses are also two lenses, a meniscus lens and a lenticular lens. The final result of the installation is:
the convex side of the meniscus lens faces upwards and faces the fiber.
the small convex surface of the lenticular lens conforms to the concave surface of the meniscus lens
3. installation steps
First , Put the meniscus lens in the lens tube, the convex surface faces down, and then put the lenticular lens in , small convex surface faces down .
4. Fix lens by threaded washer
5. After
fixing the threaded washer , please pressed by the pan piston
6. Protection lens of collimator lens Installation
On the other side of the lens tube, install protection lens.
Lens does not require positive and negative.
Put it in ,then pressed by the pan piston .
7. Plug the collimator lenses in cavity .
Note : The threaded side of the tube faces down. The side with protection lens faces up to protect the lens.
